He is a Cuban immigrant to Miami, Florida, America, who migrated at the age of 14.
He got a scholarship in baseball at St.Thomas University after that he pursued an acting career.
He met his partner Elizabeth Gutierrez,( the actress from Mexico known for El Rostro de la Venganza, El Fantasma de Elena, and Wild Heart. ) on a reality show set of Protagonistas de Novela 2.
Elizabeth Gutierrez gave birth to his first son Christopher Alexander on 6th March 2006. together they have two children, Christopher Alexander Levy, and Kailey Alexandra Levy.
In 2006 he was listed as one of the 50 Sexiest Bachelors in People magazine in Spanish.
He is best known for his films, The Single Moms Club, Addicted, and Resident Evil: The Final Chapter.
